DELIVERIES & RETURNS

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

All orders are shipped using La Poste / Colissimo, our sole approved courier.

Rates apply for a single order sent to one unique address, without any minimum nor maximum order quantity.

Free delivery applies with no minimum order apply for the following countries : 

All European Union countries I United Kingdom* I Switzerland*

For all other countries, we charge a standard delivery flat rate of 40€.

*For all orders shipped outside of the European Union, applicable import taxes and duties will be due by the customer. Candice Fauchon declines any responsibility for delays and additional costs due to the import of goods shipped outside the EU.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We accept returns up to fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order.

Returned items must be unworn, with their original packaging, label and accessories. Worn, used, altered or damaged items will be refused.

EXCHANGE

For orders shipped to European Union countries, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we offer the possibility of exchanging free of charge the size of an item, for a different size of the very same item (reference and color). Just send an email to boutique@candicefauchon.com . We will send you a prepaid label to print. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will ship the desired size. We will cover the shipping charges only for one exchange. If you wish to exchange your item(s) a second time, shipping charges will apply.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we are not able to offer free exchanges. Please follow the procedure below concerning refunds.

REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item and get a refund, just send us an email at boutique@candicefauchon.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label.

Please note that when returning your items for a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

You can also send the products back at your own risk by using another courier or transport service.You will be fully responsible in case of loss or damage of the products.
